#35 Examining Leadership Culture with Jennifer Cross
Jennifer Cross is a Co-Founder of Athlete Viewpoint, which is an innovative company providing quality survey and data analysis tools for athletics professionals and student-athletes. In that role, she works to assess and improve athletic culture for the students who participate and the professionals who work tirelessly to provide a positive experience. Additionally, Jennifer is the Owner of Perceptive Leadership Services (formerly Princeton Leadership Services), a consulting firm that specializes in leadership development programs and executive coaching, her mission is to positively transform your corporate culture one employee at a time.
Jennifer has enjoyed working with a diverse array of organizations throughout the Midwest and Northeast since 1997. Current and past clients represent educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government agencies, business and industry, medical organizations and women’s athletic teams. Prior to starting her own company, she worked at several higher education institutions providing leadership training and team-building programs for staff and students. Jennifer also designed and taught a course on “Creativity and Innovation in Leadership” at Bradley University for the Leadership Studies Minor.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In 2018 she became a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing in Education. She is a Lead Facilitator for the LeaderShape Institute, Inc. and a proud alumna of Mortar Board.
